Files that have another number in the name after the initial episode number (for example as part of the release group tag) are recognized as a "2 episodes per file" case.
Example the following file name:
"Show.Name.S01E09.HDTV.XviD-2HD.avi"
is recognized as Season 1, Episodes 9 & 2 of the show. Obviously this should be S1 E9 only.
Otherwise, this is looking like a real nice update from the previous version. Loving the new features and support for TVDB. Great work. Thank you

@Anonymous: did you try copying a file to the destination folder? or did you try to delete a file from the source? it seems that it's windows permissions that's preventing TVRenamer from working.

(Perhaps something similar for the Rename tab, maybe even when selecting a episode under the left 'Original File name' to highlight the corresponding right 'File name after renaming').
Also a scroll bar in the log tab would be nice.
Would also be nice if the log was stored and an option available to clear automatic or manually.
